This is not a travel blog. Every place here is somewhere a job put me, and most of them I lived in rather than visited. Thirteen months in a Svan village at 1,400 m while a water treatment plant went up. A year in Osh rebuilding the city supply. Two years based in Stockholm, flying 800 km north every Monday to a battery gigafactory. 20+ destinations across 6 countries, and the reason I know any of them is that the working week ended and the road was there.

So the stories are written from the inside. What the drive is really like in March, where you eat when the shift finishes at eleven, which mountain you can reach and get back from between Friday evening and Monday morning.
