Twelve Water, Wastewater and Industrial Projects

Twelve projects delivered end to end, in 5+ countries of project delivery: water supply and treatment, sewage treatment and pumping, and one battery recycling gigafactory on the Arctic edge of Sweden. Kyrgyzstan and Georgia carry most of them, Turkiye and Sweden one each. The titles changed as the years did, from EIA site manager through project manager and contractor's representative to director, but the scope underneath stayed the same: power distribution, motor control, the instrumentation package, PLC and SCADA, then commissioning and handover to a crew that has to live with the result.

Each page is the project as it actually ran. The financing and the contract form, because on an ADB or EU IPA job those decide more than the process does. The constraint that really shaped the design, whether that was 1,400 m of altitude, a seismic zone, a mountain road that winter closes, or a village that had protested the construction before anyone broke ground. And the part I personally carried, kept separate from what the wider team delivered.
